SHIPPING

What's your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for new and unworn merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 15 days from the purchase date. Once received by our Returns Department, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days, and we will email you once complete.

 

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as final sale will be noted on our website. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on www.theNAKEDsheep.com. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team at info@theNAKEDsheep.com.

Custom orders, Due to the custom-made nature of our tailored clothing, ALL garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed. This policy applies to ANY alterations made based on your specific measurements, ensuring a perfect fit that cannot be easily resold to another customer.

What if I need another color or size?

If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE OR COLOR within 30 days of purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Contact our returns department at info@theNAKEDsheep.com and we will give you further instruction for the exchange. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. You can also,

How will I receive my refund?

Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a www.theNAKEDsheep.com gift card.

Price Adjustment policy?

We will adjust the price of an item on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of original purchase and if you present your original receipt in-store for an in-store purchase. Price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in our stores; additional exceptions apply.
Returned check policy?
A service charge of $25 or the maximum permitted by law will be assessed for NSF checks. The amount of the check and service charge may be collected via electronic debit or bank draft drawn from your account.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been picked and processed, we are unable to cancel it. However, upon receipt of the order, you have the option to return it by contacting our customer service team at info@theNAKEDsheep.com we will help you generate a return label. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
